how can I book

do I need an allergy alert/skin test?

You will need AAT (Allergy Alert Test) if you answer YES, to any of the questions below.

Are you a new client or new to colour?

Are you changing your colour or would like a different product or shade than usual?

Has it been more than 6 months since you last had a colour service at a Pkai salon?

Is it more than 12 months since you last had an AAT?

Have you had any type of skin tattoo, including henna or permanent make-up since your last colour service?

Have you had an allergic reaction to any products since your last visit?

do I need to wear a face mask

Now restrictions have eased and we navigate our way into the new “normal”, we are taking a more flexible approach with a mutual respect mask wearing policy. We want all of our team and clients to feel as comfortable as possible. We no longer require you to wear a mask, however, clients can wear masks if they wish, and can request their stylist wears one too, just let us know when you arrive. Likewise, your stylist may wear a mask and may request you wear one as well, if they are vulnerable.

do I need an appointment

It is always best to book your appointments in advance, especially if you like a particular stylist, day or time etc. Many of our clients book their appointments 12 months in advance to make sure they get the appointments they like and keep on top of maintaining their hair, keeping it looking and feeling great.

That said, we do have availability for adhoc booking or walk in appointments. It is great to keep an eye on our social media for last minute appointment availability.
